  1. We are the only recognized specialty Italian roaster to now offer a double Certified Organic line of products. We are also Kosher Certified.
  2. Our product is prepared using an ancient, but mostly elapsed process called Wood-Roasting. This process takes three to four times longer than gas roasting methods employed by most other coffee roasters, but results in an espresso with the greatest refinement and personality. Blending of the eight origins that make up our Nessun Dorma blend takes place only after each origin is individually roasted to it’s own specifications, resulting in blends that are precise and homogenous.
  3. All of our products are packaged in the highest quality, coffee specific materials that safeguard the contents from coffees three biggest enemies … air, light and humidity. Bags are nitrogen flushed and vacuum sealed, providing a 12-month shelf life. Tins also have a 12-month shelf life and comprise of a stainless steel body and painted plastic cap, both of which are 100% recyclable. All pods are individually wrapped in a double film sachet to ensure peak freshness upon use and capsules are 100% biodegradable.
  4. Antica Tostatura Triestina would provide a refreshing and unique alternative or addition to other specialty Italian espressos and coffees in this segment. We will limit the availability of our products and brand to exclusive, high-end retail, grocery, foodservice and wholesale channels only.
  5. We have 15 years of experience and a proven track record of working with many high profile customers here in the USA.
  6. Our product is available nationally to distributors, as well as wholesale and retail customers, through our master distributor Colavita who are based in Linden, NJ.
  7. We’re small and personal enough to provide you with individualized customer service, offering fully integrated programs to help increase sales through creative promotions, advertising, and custom marketing material.
  8. Our product is used exclusively and endorsed by Martha Stewart as her ”must-have” coffee.
